Is the boat really included?
Yes. Every cabin rental includes a small motorized fishing boat at your private dock, plus fishing poles and a tackle set in the garage. No rental fees, no deposits.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We don't believe in nickel-and-diming guests. The price you see covers the cabin, boat, side-by-side, hot tub, fishing gear, welcome wine, and all listed amenities.
How private are the cabins?
All 15 cabins are hidden behind trees on separate parcels of land. None are visible from another, so you get true seclusion on the water.
What's the minimum stay?
Peak season (June – August) requires a 3-night minimum. Shoulder and off-season stays require a 2-night minimum.
